1. As a condition of purchase, MyJoeCard.Com requires your permission to send you emails about account activity, purchases, offers, updates, etc. Opt-out from promo emails anytime (click the unsubscribe link at the top of any of our emails.
2. When purchasing or placing an order, you offer to purchase featured products you have selected based on the standard MyJoeCard.Com terms, restrictions and conditions listed below, and any merchant-specific restrictions.
3. MyJoeCard.Com takes no responsibility for the services or products for which MyJoeCard.Com vouchers (I.e. “vouchers”) may be redeemed – MyJoeCard.Com makes no warranty to the MyJoeCard.Com End Users for the quality, safety, usability, or other aspect of any product or service for which the voucher is redeemed. Some services for which a voucher can be redeemed are activities that involve potential bodily harm (such as skydiving, etc), and for those activities, MyJoeCard.Com takes no responsibility for the service or activity being offered, and the End User takes responsibility for his or her own actions in utilizing the services for with the Voucher can be redeemed. See Section 7, below, for more information on this limitation of MyJoeCard.Com’s liability.
4. The Voucher you purchase is redeemable for goods or services by the seller of such goods and services, hereinafter defined as "Merchant." The Merchant, not MyJoeCard.Com, is the seller of the goods and services. MyJoeCard.Com sells a voucher that can be redeemed in connection with your purchase of the goods or services from Merchant.

By making a Buying a Voucher, you make an offer to purchase the vouchers you have selected on the terms and conditions stated here. The voucher you purchase is:

1. Redeemable for goods or services by the seller of such goods and services, hereinafter defined as "Merchant."
2. Merchant is the seller of the goods and services (not MyJoeCard.Com), and Merchant is solely responsible for redeeming any voucher you purchase. MyJoeCard.Com merely sells a voucher that can be redeemed in connection with your purchase of Merchant’s goods and/or services.

Terms for Restaurant-Related Vouchers*:

*NOTE: Any Merchant who offers food and beverage for sale on its premises and/or as a part of its regular business operations, and makes food and beverages available to purchasers of MyJoeCard.Com vouchers is considered a Restaurant.

1. Any Sale, Reproduction, Trade, Copying of a Restaurant-Related voucher is prohibited, unless lawful.
2. All Restaurant-Related vouchers may only be used for ‘dine-in’, unless specified otherwise by Restaurant.
3. Restaurant-Related Vouchers are not applicable for use for any taxes, tips, etc.
4. Restaurants solely determine frequency of Redemption of vouchers and is stated in fine print/limitations for the voucher offer on MyJoeCard.Com.
5. Redemption of voucher for less than face value does not entitle you, the purchaser, to any credit, cash, new voucher or replacement voucher reflecting the difference between face value of voucher and the amount of voucher that you redeemed, unless such entitlement is otherwise required by law. Sole entitlement for voucher purchaser is by continuing redemption value as noted herein if the amount paid for voucher exceeds the amount of voucher redeemed.
6. Any use of vouchers for alcoholic beverages is at sole discretion of the Restaurant. It is Restaurant’s sole responsibility to recognize and comply with all federal, state and local laws pertaining to use of vouchers for alcoholic beverages. Restaurant agrees to comply with these laws.
7. Any Restaurant-Related voucher offer or discounts do expire on the date specified on the MyJoeCard.Com voucher, unless Restaurant chooses to continue to redeem any unused cash value of the Restaurant-Related voucher (cash value of voucher is amount paid rather than the original face value), as applicable by law. Any Restaurant-Related vouchers are void as may be prohibited by law in certain areas.
8. Restaurant-Related vouchers may have statutory limitations on the amount of the voucher value that can be redeemed for alcoholic beverages. Restaurant has sole responsibility to understand and comply with all federal, state and local laws, statutes and/or codes. MyJoeCard.Com’s sole role in the transaction is as a marketing agent for the Restaurant-Related voucher. MyJoeCard.Com has no role in any determinations or actions on the part of the Restaurant or Merchant, as applicability and compliance with any and all relevant laws, codes or statutes is at sole determination and consummation of Restaurant or Merchant.
9. Any credits issued by Restaurant is at the sole discretion of Restaurant, as required by law.
10. Neither MyJoeCard.Com nor Restaurant is responsible for lost or stolen Restaurant-Related vouchers or voucher reference numbers.
11. Restaurants decide/determine whether the MyJoeCard.Com vouchers can be combined or used in conjunction with any other certificates, deals, discounts, coupons, or promotions.
12. Use or attempted use of any Restaurant-Related voucher not adhering to these stated terms & conditions shall render said voucher void and without value.

Terms for Merchant Vouchers (Non-Restaurant-Related Vouchers)

1. Any Sale, Reproduction, Trade, Copying of a Merchant voucher is prohibited, unless lawful. 
2. Voucher may not be applied to shipping or handling charges - only to merchandise, products or services sold by merchant.
3. Limit one (1) voucher per redemption. Only one voucher may be used per order (unless merchant chooses otherwise).
4. Redemption of voucher for less than face value does not entitle you, the purchaser, to any credit, cash, new voucher or replacement voucher reflecting the difference between face value of voucher and the amount of voucher that you redeemed, unless such entitlement is otherwise required by law. Sole entitlement for voucher purchaser is by continuing redemption value as noted herein if the amount paid for voucher exceeds the amount of voucher redeemed.

Any Merchant voucher offer or discounts do expire on the date specified on the MyJoeCard.Com voucher, unless Merchant chooses to continue to redeem any unused cash value of the Merchant voucher (cash value of voucher is amount paid rather than the original face value), as applicable by law. Any Merchant vouchers are void as may be prohibited by law in certain areas.
6. Any credits issued by Merchant is at the sole discretion of Merchant, as required by law.
7. Neither MyJoeCard.Com nor Merchant is responsible for lost or stolen Restaurant-Related vouchers or voucher reference numbers.
8. Merchant shall decide/determine whether the MyJoeCard.Com vouchers can be combined or used in conjunction with any other certificates, deals, discounts, coupons, or promotions.
9. Use or attempted use of any Merchant voucher not adhering to these stated terms & conditions shall render said voucher void and without value.

Additional Terms for All MyJoeCard.Com Vouchers and Products

1. All vouchers transmitted and/or printed from the MyJoeCard.Com website or any associated website are promotional vouchers offered for sale to customers at a rate below their ‘face’ value.
2. All vouchers transmitted and/or printed from the MyJoeCard.Com website or any associated website shall be subject to the terms and conditions of MyJoeCard.Com and the participating Restaurant or merchant.
3. The Merchant is the seller of the goods or services purchased by you, the website visitor. Restaurant Merchant shall be considered the sole holder and issuer of a Restaurant-Related Voucher. Merchant shall be considered the sole holder and issuer of a voucher. As a sole holder and issuer of a voucher, the Restaurant Merchant or Merchant shall be completely and fully responsible for any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages, injuries, illnesses or discomfort suffered by a customer, with respect to a customer, caused in partially or completely by the Restaurant Merchant or Merchant, including, but not limited to any unclaimed property liability associated from vouchers that are unredeemed. Restaurant-Related vouchers and Merchant Vouchers are intended only for redemption in their entirety only and are not to be redeemed in an incremental fashion.
4. Merchant is solely responsible for allowing you, the customer, to redeem any purchased voucher for the cash value based on the money actually paid for said voucher, according to the laws of the respective states in which the voucher was purchased, and in which voucher may be redeemed at the Merchant for any period of time extending beyond the stated voucher expiration date. Voucher expiration date states the last possible date that voucher can be used at Merchant for voucher-stated promotional offer.  Provision by state law (as may vary) may deem Merchant as responsible for honoring the cash value that was paid for the voucher for a time period that is later than the stated expiration date on the voucher. If applicable, this specific term of use shall be considered a statutory provision applicable to Merchant that it is the sole responsibility of the Merchant (and not the responsibility of MyJoeCard.Com in any way, as MyJoeCard.Com is not the Merchant, and furthermore that MyJoeCard.Com has no obligations of Merchant, and that MyJoeCard.Com is only marketing and selling the promotional voucher on behalf of Merchant) to be aware of and to comply with any such applicable law(s), code(s) and statute(s) which may govern Merchant or actions and/or responsibilities of Merchant.
